Eight years reading resumes taught her what makes one stand out. Now she designs them.
Margo spent eight years as a recruiter in Dublin, reading hundreds of applications a week. "Most resumes fail in the first six seconds," she says. "Not because the person is wrong, but because I cannot find what I am looking for."
Readable by people and machines
Her templates use one column, real text and standard headings, so applicant tracking systems read them as well as people do.

"Lead with results, not tasks. And one page is enough until you have ten years of experience."
