About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses the marketplace, whether to buy or to sell files.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Shops are reviewed before they open and may be closed if these terms are not respected.
Buying
Each file is sold by the creator whose shop it belongs to, under the licence shown on its page. Prices include VAT where it applies. Files are available to download as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Selling
Creators list only files they created and hold the rights to. The marketplace takes a fee on each sale, shown before you publish.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. A file that does not open or does not match its description is refunded if you tell us within 14 days.
Liability
We do our best to keep the marketplace available and accurate but cannot be held responsible for interruptions beyond our control.
