Buying and downloading
How do I download a file after buying it?
Right after payment, the file is in your account under Purchases, ready to download. You also receive a link by e-mail.
Can I download a file again later?
Yes. Every file you buy stays in your purchases: download it again whenever you need it.
Which software do I need?
Each file lists its formats (DOCX, PPTX, Canva, Figma, PDF…). Most open in free tools such as Google Docs, Google Slides or Canva.
Licences
Can I use a template for a client?
Yes, with a commercial licence. A personal licence covers only your own use.
Can I resell a file I bought?
No licence allows reselling or sharing the original file. The extended licence lets you use it inside products you sell.
Payments and refunds
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely; we never store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Sales are final because files are delivered instantly, but a file that does not open or does not match its description is refunded if you tell us within 14 days.
Selling on Dokky
How do I open a shop?
Create a free account, fill in your profile and publish your first file from your dashboard.
How much does Dokky take?
A fee on each sale, shown before you publish. There is no subscription.
